Silent Auction

Thank you for your interest in this year's Big Event Silent Auction. The proceeds from this auction benefit Saint William and the parish's general operating expenses. Thank you for your support.

The Silent Auction will go live on Saturday, April 22 at 6 pm. At that time, you can click on the button below to register, view and start bidding on items!

St. William Catholic Church has teamed up with Qtego Fundraising Services, a technology firm that provides a revolutionary charitable giving experience. For added convenience you will be able to participate in our event with your tablet or computer as well as your mobile phone via our mobile website or by texting. Qtego's service will keep you informed of status updates and other announcements during the event.

Once you access the virtual platform, you will need to register to bid on an item.  Once registered, you will receive text updates on your phone about the items you are tracking. 

Items may be viewed on the following days:

• THURS, 4/27     6 PM - 9 PM
• FRI, 4/28            6 PM - 9 PM
• SAT, 4/29          12 PM - 7 PM

Winning Bid Pick-Up Time:

• SAT, 4/29 7 pm - 9 pm (PEC)
• SUN, 4/30 11 pm - 2 pm (PEC)

You can still participate! Visit the on-site Silent Auction on any of the three days of the Big Event. (Please note: Day 1 is a paid event.) The on-site auction coordinator can help you register without needing to enter credit card information.

It closes at 7 PM on Saturday, April 29. 

Absolutely! If you, your ministry or business would like to donate an item, please complete the brief form below. We ask that donations be dropped off at the parish office no later than Thursday, March 30, 2023.
