The Faith Formation Registration process is new this year, so please be sure to read and follow the guidelines below before registering children in any of our programs, particularly when registering multiple children in different programs.

1. Please click the form below that corresponds to the program you wish to enroll your child in. We have FOUR different programs: R.E. English (PK-5 grade), R.E. Spanish (PK-5 grade), Triumph (6-8 grade) & S.W.Y.M. (9-12 grade).

2. When registering two or more children in the SAME program, at the end of the form, simply click where it says "add another person."

3. IF you are enrolling multiple children in different programs, please make sure you pay at the end of each registration of each program before you return to this page to register another child in a different program. Therefore, if you have children in 3 different programs, you will pay 3 different times. 

IMPORTANT: When  registering your children, be sure to enter their FULL LEGAL name (please do not use nicknames or initials).   

PAYMENT EXAMPLES:  The total registration fee depends on the total number of children you are registering. Payment examples have been provided below. You are strongly encouraged to review these BEFORE starting the registration process.

Please note the Registration Fee Schedule:

• One child  = $75

• Two children = $75 each

• Three or more children = $50 each*
  (If registering three or more children, please use promo code: FAMILY (please enter all CAPS) for each child you register. By doing so, $25 will be deducted from the registration fee for each child. This code should only be applied if registering three or more children. 

  IMPORTANT: Apply the promo code before you “add another person,” in the same program or before you “register and checkout.”  PLEASE REVIEW PAYMENT EXAMPLES by scrolling to the end of this page. 

• If your child is registered in an Elementary RE class that includes sacramental preparation, you will pay an additional $25 for extra sacramental books.  

3. Once you click on one of the Registration Forms below, be sure to answer all questions in the form.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are enrolling children in multiple programs, please keep in mind that at the end of each registration you will need to return to this page to register the next child in a different program until all registrations are complete.

The number of students we can accept for our Faith Formation programs depends on the number of Small Group Leaders available. We will reopen registration for TRIUMPH if more Small Group Leaders become available. Thank you for your understanding.

You are registering two students total in the same program, let's say RE (English). This means once you fill out the form for your first child, you would simply...

If registering, for example, one middle schooler (TRIUMPH) and one high schooler (SWYM), you are registering two students total in different programs. 

This means you would take the following steps:

1)  Let’s say you click on the TRIUMPH registration form first. You would fill it out and at the end of the form, you would ...

• Click the “register and checkout” to
• Pay $75 for that child since you are registering a total of two children.  

2)  Once you have paid for the registration for TRIUMPH, you would come back to this main page and click the next program you want to enroll your other child in, in this case SWYM. So, once again you would fill out the form and then you would...

• Click the “register and checkout” to
• Pay $75 

If registering one elementary student (Elementary RE English), one middle schooler (TRIUMPH), and one high schooler (SWYM), you are registering three students total in different programs.

2) Once you have paid for the registration for Elementary Religious Education, you would come back to this main page and click the next program you want to enroll your other child in, let’s say its SWYM. So, once again you would fill out the form and at the end of it, taking into account that you are registering 3 children, you would...

• Apply the promo FAMILY to make sure you get the discount for this registration, too, and then
• Click the “register and checkout.” and
• Pay $50.  

3) Once you have paid for the registration for SWYM, you would come back to this main page and click the next program you want to enroll your other child in, let’s say its TRIUMPH. So, once again you would fill it out the form and at the end of the form, taking into account you are registering 3 children, you would...

• Apply the promo FAMILY to make sure you get the discount for this registration, too, and then
• Click on “register and checkout” and
• Pay $50. 

Let's say, for example, you are registering one elementary student (Elementary RE English), and two middle schoolers (TRIUMPH), that would be three students total in two programs.

2) Once you have paid for the registration for Elementary Religious Education (English), you would come back to this main page and click the next program you want to enroll your other children in, in this case TRIUMPH. Once you click the registration form for TRIUMPH, fill out the form. At the end of the form, you would once again...

• Apply the promo FAMILY to make sure you get the discount for this registration and then
• Click “add another person.” 

3) Once you have filled out the registration of your second child in TRIUMPH, you will once again...

• Apply the promo code FAMILY to make sure you get the discount for this registration, too, and this time you would....

• Pay $100.
