Big Event 2024 - Thank you for attending!

Gala - On the first night of the festival, Thursday, April 25. we will be holding a Gala and Live Auction. Tickets to attend the Gala are $150 per person, which includes admission and dinner. 

Early Bird Drawing - Turn in your purchased tickets by April 8, 2024 (5 pm) to the parish office for an additional chance to win a $500 VISA Gift Card. The drawing will take place on April 9, 2024 at 10 am at the parish office. 

To check in at the event, simply provide your first and last name to the Big Event hospitality team. (You do not need a physical ticket.) A program, bid number and table number will be provided to you upon arrival.

Please join us starting at 6 pm in the Parish Evangelization Center Banquet Hall at Saint William Catholic Church. The schedule is the following:

Tickets are now available in the Saint William parish office. Turn in your purchased tickets early (no later than 5 pm on April 8, 2023) for an additional chance to win a $500 VISA Gift Card, which will be drawn on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at the Saint WIlliam Office via Facebook Live.

To participate in the drawing:

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase
• Need not be present to win any of the prizes
• Winners are responsible for all applicable state and federal taxes within 30 days of the winner being notified

Prizes must be claimed no later than Friday, noon on May 31, 2024, at St. William; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.

Yes, it sure is! Live music is scheduled on Day 2 of the Event. Some of the featured guests include:

Latin Express, David Farias Band, Dysfunkshun Junkshun, Round Rock Ballet Folklorico, George Mercado & Vesta Realm, and , & Los Marceles. Select Day 2 above to view the Music lineup.

For the Garage Sale, volunteers are needed to help monitor items, manage check-out, and assist with organizing items. The Garage Sale will be held on one day, Saturday, April 27.
