2025 Gala & Community Festival

Gala - On the first night of the festival, Thursday, May 1. we will be holding a Gala and Live Auction. Tickets to attend the Gala, which includes admission and dinner, will be announced soon. 

Early Bird Drawing - Details coming soon. 

To check in at the event, simply provide your first and last name to the Big Event hospitality team. (You do not need a physical ticket.) A program, bid number and table number will be provided to you upon arrival.

Please join us starting at 6 pm in the Parish Evangelization Center Banquet Hall at Saint William Catholic Church. The schedule is the following:
 

• 6 pm     Social, Silent Auction & Games Booth
• 7 pm     Opening Prayer & Dinner
• 8 pm     Live Auction & Fund a Need
• 9 pm     Coming soon...
• 10 pm   Evening concludes

Please note:

• Credit card payments only (no cash).
• Guests with VIP passes are invited to arrive and check in at 5 pm for a social hour on the terrace (in the PEC).

Raffle tickets will not be mailed to households this year, but they can be picked up and purchased at the parish office during business hours.

For the Garage Sale, volunteers are needed to help monitor items, manage check-out, and assist with organizing items. The Garage Sale will be held on one day, Saturday, May 3.

The Gala is semi-formal.
